OVERNIGHT OATMEAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Coconut Oil Spray
- 2 C Steel Cut Oats
- 1/4 C Coconut Sugar
- 7 C Water
- Cinnamon
- Custom Pink Salt
- Spray crockpot with coconut oil spray.
- Add oats, coconut sugar and water.
- Sprinkle in cinnamon and pink salt.
- Turn crockpot on low and let cook overnight.
- Stir before serving!
CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE COCONUT CURRY INSTRUCTIONS
- Chicken thighs (6) or chicken breasts (3)
- 2 T coconut oil
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
- 2 cups cauliflower, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 6-8 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 large carrots, julienne
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 cup snow peas
- 2 cups green beans, chopped
- 2-3 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small zucchini, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas
- A few handfuls of raw spinach
- 2 cans full fat coconut milk
- 3 T coconut aminos
- 3 T curry powder
- 2 T garlic powder
- 1 T turmeric powder
- Saute cubed chicken thighs or chicken breasts in 1 T coconut oil, sprinkle with pink salt and pepper. Set aside.
- In the remaining oil/juice from the chicken, saute garlic, onions, and whatever veggies you have on hand (suggestions in the recipe), adding in additional T of coconut oil. Cook until tender.
- Pour 2 cans of full-fat coconut milk over veggies. Add 3 T of coconut aminos, 3 T curry powder, 2 T garlic powder, and 1 T turmeric powder. Add additional curry powder, pink salt & pepper to taste. Toss in giant handfuls of spinach and stir just to wilt.
- Serve over quinoa, rice, or cauliflower rice.

QUICK AND HEALTHY PINEAPPLE CHICKEN WRAP INSTRUCTIONS
BROCCOLI SLAW SALAD:
- 1 bag broccoli slaw
- 1/2 bag shredded purple cabbage
- 1/2 bag matchstick carrots
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 bag sliced almonds
- 3 T avocado oil
- @primalkitchen no soy teriyaki sauce
- Drizzle of raw honey
- Pink salt & pepper
PINEAPPLE CHICKEN WRAPS:
- @sietefoods wraps
- Chicken thighs
- 1 can chopped pineapple
- Fresh cilantro
- Protein: Marinade chicken thighs in 1/4 bottle of @primalkitchenfoods no soy teriyaki sauce overnight.
- Clean carbohydrate (salad): In a bowl, combine 1 bag of broccoli slaw, half a bag of shredded purple cabbage, and half a bag of matchstick carrots.
- Good fat: Add remainder of the bottle of teriyaki sauce and 3 T avocado oil.
- Finish with a drizzle of raw honey, 1/4 cup diced red onion, and season with pink salt & pepper to taste.
- Add a bag of sliced almonds & mix together.
- Pro tip: We recommend that you make this salad the same day that you marinate the chicken, and let sit overnight.
- To assemble the wraps: Place your sliced, grilled chicken in @sietefoods wrap and top with chopped pineapple, diced red onion, and fresh cilantro.
